Automatically download paused file

Hello sir, i have been read all documentation. but i doesnt find any technique to automatically download pending file. now i have 9000+ paused download file. how to automatically download all of this paused file? Thank yout

If the files were manually paused by you, you can resume them from the file list.

If the downloads were completed but later changed to a paused state, it’s possible that the original file messages have been deleted.

If you moved the files, then they are still there; otherwise, the files have already been automatically deleted by TdLib and can no longer be re-downloaded.
