Express 5.x examples

The ReadMe contains a number of examples - it has Express 3.x and 4.x but not 5.x

It would be great if someone familiar with both could update examples (or even confirm it won't work with 5.x)

It seems it would be better to delete pointers to example - when I asked about discrepancies between examples and docs on
mjhea0/passport-social-auth#5 the author @mjhea0 said This code is 10 years old. Ignore it and find something more updated. Good luck!
