0.3.0 doesn't exist. https://pypi.org/project/mace-torch/0.3.3 is the earliest release

As highlighted by @YutackPark the mace submission readme had not been updated to reflect the change to use
2023-12-03-mace-128-L1.As the
multi-gpubranch has now been merged intomace-torchslight tweaks were also made to the description of thetrain_mace.pyscript which has been left for historical purposes.A link is provided in the readme to the training script for the
2023-12-03-mace-128-L1model (available here).
