[Feature]: AllInOne to support NodeSelector

Requirement

When deploying AllInOne to a cluster with mixed Linux and Windows nodes there seemingly is no option to force the AllInOne deployment to use non-windows nodes via a nodeselector. We've got around this by tainting the windows nodes, but that then requires all windows deployments to tolerate the taint.
