Configuration to control weather `fsharp.changeWorkspace` command automatically executed when activated

I hope that the fsharp.changeWorkspace command will not be automatically executed when the plugin is activated. When I open some vscode workspaces that are not F# projects, the pop-up dialog box for selecting workspace is annoying.

I have roughly checked issues / discussions / source codes
and did not find relevant information about the above issues. Please let me know if there are any duplicates. Sorry.
