The Trusted Book Providers Program is a way for the Open Library to import and link to the book records of other open access platforms, such as Standard Ebooks, Project Gutenberg, Librivox, OpenStax, and the EbookFoundation.
We are still trying to standardize a process for proposing a Trusted Book Provider. Currently, contributors are opening github issues with the label: Theme: Trusted Book Providers
. We also have a form on our Trusted Book Provider's page.
- Should have more than 10 books
- These books should be open access and/or readable online without paywall (epub, html, pdf, mobi)

Here is an example PR of adding Cita Press, Project Runeberg and Wikisource as Trusted Book Providers
