fix: test_generate_sbom error

Looks like we're having some problem with output engine. I haven't looked into it yet but here's the error:

Okay, in the interest of just making things work for now while @anthonyharrison gets an update out, I'm going to go ahead and freeze us at lib4sbom==0.8.2 for a bit. Thanks for the analysis, @matutter !
