Make it possible to attach custom `QuickCheck` generators to `Huddle` terms

It would be helpful to be able to add custom QuickCheck generators to Huddle terms. These would be used when generating CBOR and would make it possible to express additional constraints that are not expressable in CDDL otherwise.
