Bug description

Shorts is automatically getting swiped to the next Short while the options of Change Shorts repeat state and Change Shorts background repeat state is set to Default. Normally, it will keep repeating the same Short.

FYI, in YouTube 20.12, instead of automatically swiping to the next Short, it instead pause to a stop when the Short ends.

YT 20.09+ doesn't have the 'Pause' action implemented yet, but I think it could be implemented using this 'bug'.
