Fix "Publish to VSCode" action

The publish action seems to deploy to OpenVSX just fine, but keeps getting a 401 error on VSCode's marketplace. Probably just an outdated token, but I need to address that at some point

Not an outdated token. Possibly incorrect permissions on the token, but I need to look more closely at what the HaaLeo/publish-vscode-extension action wants
