info buttons missing & FAQ entries

We need info buttons for these components:

• search facets: Collections, Archive, Access right facets
• topic graph generation (issue Missing info buttons to explain the various options for the generation of topic model graphs #650)
• article viewer: change the FAQ title for the OCR/OLR entry
• In the table of content: why is it sometimes “1 min read” and sometimes “short article”? What is the difference?

if the reading time is less than 1 minute (item.size < 1200), it should display short text
reading time in minutes is calculated like this : item.size / 1200
