In Openfire 4.8, some javascript libraries (scriptaculous and friends) are removed. See https://igniterealtime.atlassian.net/browse/OF-2418.

This plugin should no longer depend on Openfire to use them. As these libraries are old and unmaintained, we might as well remove them completely.

In Openfire 4.8.0, the Scriptaculous javascript library is removed. This plugin should no longer use it.

This commit replaces scriptaculous functionality with javascript-native functionality. There is a minor reduction in visual effects as a result.
