In Openfire 4.8.0, the Scriptaculous javascript library is removed. This plugin should no longer use it. This commit replaces scriptaculous functionality with javascript-native functionality. There is a minor reduction in visual effects as a result.

In Openfire 4.8, some javascript libraries (scriptaculous and friends) are removed. See https://igniterealtime.atlassian.net/browse/OF-2418.
This plugin should no longer depend on Openfire to use them. As these libraries are old and unmaintained, we might as well remove them completely.
