I think actually "edges" is the right terminology, because calling a tool is selecting a state transition. Perhaps it's the image that's misleading?

Ah, no worries - The diagram seems to me to use the rectangular nodes to represent the tools that you "just give the LLM", and the green dotted line edges - representing tool calls - are the thing that the LLM "figure[s] out". I assumed that would just be a typo dex, but if I'm just misreading this don't want to be a pest 😄 thanks!
