Comments for installation process

Thanks for an awesome package. I made the following observations installing the package on my MacBook Pro (dec 2016 edition, i.e. radeon pro 460), mac os sierra 10.12.5.

1. It seems that the installation will look for a Cuda driver so if one is installed you will likely fail in the ./install.sh when trying to install torchcu.

2. Beside python 2.7 it also seems to be required to have ipython installed (pip install ipython).

3. For testing the installation I would suggest running ./test.sh which made me find a lot of luarocks things to install
