Janky brightness sliders on touch screen

Hi team,

Reporting a big observed in the frontend on my iPhone 16 Pro. Per the iOS issue tracker I am posting here, as this bug is present in the iOS App, iOS Chrome and iOS Safari.

Details

When using the sections layout and interacting with a Light Feature for the Brightness slider, the slider is super janky when sliding down in a quick motion.

Note: this works fine when sliding the slider UP, but works poorly when sliding down.

Note also if I press and hold the handle, then the slider works fine both up and down.
