Add the ability to add all or remove all blocklists in one click

This would save a ton of time and would make it easy to bulk test blocklists.

Could definitely work.
My idea was to have the block list sorted alphabetically for example so you can check box the "adguard" blocklists. That's just an example tho.

I get it, but wouldn't clicking the Add button on each blocklist be pretty much the same thing? The only difference would be that instead of checking the boxes and then adding the blocklists, you would add each blocklist rightaway by clicking the Add button on each blocklist.
