when triggering the Deploy Release Artifact Action against main https://solo.hiero.org/latest will give a 404 not found, example for the build of v0.40.0: https://github.com/hiero-ledger/solo/actions/runs/16310964924
https://solo.hiero.org/v0.40.0 loads correctly.
Running Deploy Hugo Build and Deploy Site to Pages Action against main is a workaround and resolves the issue.
