Allow to set health check options in `hcloud load-balancer add-service`

TL;DR

It's not possible to configure the services health check options in hcloud load-balancer add-service. This is only possible through update-service right now.

Expected behavior

I would expect to be able to use all API fields that are available for this command. This includes the health check options.
