Add a "Windows" section to install.md that points users to scoop and Chocolatey.

I also made a short notice about symlinks on Windows. Though, I'm not sure if this fits in very well.

I think the symlink note is good 👍. Could you add that below the symlinking table in the README too?

Thanks for the hint, I added that part to the readme aswell.

I noticed that the Installation section in the readme is very similar to Build from source in the docs, except that some parts are arranged/worded slightly differently. I left the differences as is for now.

Maybe also need to update a Windows install instructions in README.MD file on the repo page?
By the way I'm think Scoop is most comfortable for installation because it automatically updates PATH environment

@MainEditor This PR updated both the docs and the readme, so I don't quite understand what missing information you're referring to.

If you see something concrete that needs to be added or changed, you could open a new issue with a few more details.

@CptPotato I'm mean when new user opens a GitHub page of helix he will don't see the Windows installation via package manager. Only ways to manually install it in CMD or PowerShell
