`config-reload` shouldn't go back to default on config error

When making changes to `config.toml` and running `config-reload` to quickly check your changes, if you made an error (invalid syntax/key) the reload would unset all previous options that were active from the `config.toml` file. This is personally annoying to me as I set `C-s` to `:w` and when I go to fix my error my keybind no longer works. Also the cursors changing is annoying.
