Auto doc-comments not continuing as expected

Summary

When adding a documentation comment in dart, the documentation comment is not continued on subsequent lines instead a normal comment is added:
/// Documentation comment
// comment continuation

I would expect that the documentation comment should continue as follows:
/// Documentation comment
/// expected comment continuation
