style enhancement: introduce sticky inputs section

When clicking on the map in any the מפה לפי זמן or מפה לפי קו pages, the page immediately scrolls down, which may cause some users to think the input section was closed. (i am one of those users xD)

I suggest making the input section sticky, so it always appears in view even if the user scrolls down, and maybe add a button to minimize the inputs section if the user wants to minimize just that section. (though i guess the "Fullscreen" button already does something similiar)

what do we think about this?

sounds great! the automatic scroll-down experience is very confusing, and maybe it's not needed if the screen is large enough. We have the zoom button for users that want to focus on the map, and maybe we can have a button to collapse the inputs

I do not want to touch the top header because it is an infrastructure component and might effect other pages.
