bug: Calendar displays hebrew month name in english locale

Steps to reproduce:

1. Switch the app to use the English language
2. Navigate to the "Public transport operators" page
3. Pick a date from one of the date dropdowns
4. The date picker will display the month name in Hebrew instead of English.

After looking into this, there seems to be something weird with how material UI handles i18n, as even after setting the locale in the MUI theme to 'en-US', And the html lang to en, it still displayed a hebrew month name.

Will try to look into it this weekend hopefully
