if you npm install -g Haraka

you'll get a haraka command

haraka -h gets you some help
haraka -i /path/to/store/your/configs will create a dir with two folders, plugins and config
config is just a copy of the default config directory, plugins is empty ( used for storing custom plugins )

it seems to work for me
i've published to npm ( just to test )
http://search.npmjs.org/#/Haraka

let me know what you think and i'll unpublish so you can have control

oh, and haraka -c /path/to/haraka/folder/ will run haraka with the configs from the config dir

OK, so that handles copying files... What happens after that?
