update cmake minmum required version

can we update the minimum required cmake version? thanks.
We see following warning if build using cmake 3.31,

Compatibility with CMake < 3.10 will be removed from a future version of
CMake.

Update the VERSION argument value. Or, use the ... syntax
to tell CMake that the project requires at least but has been updated
to work with policies introduced by or earlier.

Thanks for the sugguestion.

seafile-client still needs to maintain compatibility with Qt5 and other tools, so we do not plan to update the CMake version at this time.

We will update the CMake version once we can drop support for these compatibility requirements.
