Hello!
Despite community hackathons being granted subdomains of hackclub.com, each individual subdomain still needs a case-by-case approval. Could you get somebody from HQ to approve this?
Also, to be in alphabetical order, your entry needs to be moved 1 up (sub is before suc)

This PR adds submersion.hackclub.com for the Submersion hackathon. PR's #1597 and #1533 are both hackathons in a similar vain that were given subdomains as community hackathons.
