Visual documentation no longer loads in recent versions of VSCode

While opening up visual documentation the following error message now shows up:

Error loading webview: Error: Could not register service worker: InvalidStateError: Failed to register a ServiceWorker: The document is in an invalid state..

Further errors in the developer console:

An iframe which has both allow-scripts and allow-same-origin for its sandbox attribute can escape its sandboxing.

This looks like an issue with the permissions setup for the webview used for visual documentation.

This error shows up in all three versions of the extension I tried: 0.3.10-0.3.12

This is an occasional problem that is solved by rebooting, and has nothing to do with master-key.
