Opening Incognito Mode While All Tabs in Closed Standard Window are Suspended Reopens Standard and Duplicates Tabs #1358

Title is self-explanatory. For some reason I can't understand, TGS will duplicate every single suspended tab and re-open the standard Chrome window when I pull up Incognito mode, as long as the standard window is closed
I'm trying to conserve my limited CPU and RAM by closing Chrome whenever I don't need it at the moment and opening Incognito to look things up while in a game, and this bug is very frustrating.
