"Design" left menu item is now called "Policy studio"

On the doc page shown below, available at this URL, the Policy Studio is called "Design".

But in 4.1, I'm seeing the name as "Policy Studio" in the left nav:

Also, inside the Policy Studio in 4.1 I'm seeing three tabs at the top right: Design, Configuration, and Debug.
But in the docs, we see Design, Configuration, Properties, Resources, Debug.
