`tsh play --format=text` does not work for database session recordings

Expected behavior

tsh play --format=text should dump all the strings in a database session recording in full to the terminal as quickly as possible, as it does for SSH session recordings.

Current behavior

The output is blank.

$ tsh play --format=text fac53839-65b3-4874-a490-9a0fdd962314
$

tsh play --speed=8x fac53839-65b3-4874-a490-9a0fdd962314 works.

I'm not sure if this is technically a bug or a feature request, so we'll put it under feature request for now :)
