Long load times on dashboards lead to "invalid render key" errors

With Grafana 12.1, we run into invalid render key errors that are shipped in PDFs to the Reporting feature if the dashboard takes far too long to render.

We should look at using some service account or CAP that we hold control over and won't revoke until it finishes rendering.
