Compiled binaries for Ferium version 3.1.1

Provided binaries are:

macOS arm (aarch64 darwin)
macOS x64 (x86-64 darwin)
Install these by unzipping the appropriate zip file and moving the binary to ~/bin

I plan to upload Windows and Linux binaries soon after writing a Github workflow.
