Decide whether to add another NIO example and split into two example jars

Discussing #714, we considered adding another example that uses NIO in the "normal" way (via Maven), in addition to the unit tests. The downside of doing that is that we'd have to split the examples into two projects, since if we add a gcloud-java-nio dependency to the examples project then the Stat example will become pointless (its purpose is to show how to add GCS support to a project that does not depend on gcloud-java-nio).
