Include vim-sneak functionality?

I'd like to request functionality to ~match the vim-sneak plugin. As I mentioned in the e-mail, this guy describes it pretty well: https://jay-baker.com/posts/vim-2-vim-motions-with-sneak-and-quickscope/

It makes search/move to selection super quick.

as talked in the email -> to the TODO. there's a bunch of other plugins requested. need to think about whether i build a whole engine to load neovim/vim plugins, or create them all from scratch. exciting times...
