problem with reading strarr like: GDL> spawn,'bc < warranty',unit=u GDL> a=strarr(10) & readf,u,a waits forever.

corrected FTSAT to use fd instead of filename (was not working for pipes and possibly other special files).

For the record, the code of io.cpp was also changed to present as few changes as possible wrt. the version v1.1 occuring immediately before the implementation of the UNIT keyword in SPAWN (PR gnudatalanguage#1971)
