Add Brave to the list of supported browsers

Considering the maturity and the quality of the Brave Browser and its integration with Tor i consider we should definitely list it among our supported browsers and endorse its usage.

Considering that Brave it is based on recent versions of Chromium any version is actually able to run GlobaLeaks correctly, but considering that version < 1.20.110 were affected by a vulnerability in relation to Tor and DNS requests i consider we should advise to use at least a version >= 1.20.110
