Clickable URLs doesn't work when they appear in Tmux sessions

Issue Description

URLs are not clickable when they appear in Tmux sessions.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open Ghostty
2. Create a tmux session
3. Run echo https://github.com/ghostty-org/ghostty/issues
4. Press ⌘

When pressing ⌘, the URL becomes clickable when hovered in a normal window, but not in this case.

they do work you have to click ctrl + shift for clickable links to work there is another discussion about this (I will find it quickly)
