Wide char in windows console display with errors

Displaying unicode charactors in same location twice works wrong on windows console.
It seems like a bug.

And add

x += width - 1

to this position in console_win.go can solve this problem
but this seems cause another problem that when display unicode charactors in the place 1 cell beside th origin one doesn't work

I'm not sure I understand the problem. If you're using wide characters, you should recognize that the character consumes two display cells, but the 'dirty' tracking only records the first of the two cells. If you're relying on on wide characters to change the "dirtyness" of the following cell, that might be a problem.

Note my comments above -- tcell only tracks "dirtyness" on the first cell of a wide character (which visually occupies two cells.)
