The GA4GH GKS Work Stream pilot repository for demonstrating the Genomic Knowledge Standards specification products.
GA4GH Driver projects and invested community implementers will share the pilot work used to validate, mature and ultimately approve the specifications for Variant Annotation (VA-Spec), Categorical Variation (Cat-VRS) and Variant Representation (VRS).
