Where to view progress logs? #658
Description
It seems that when opening a project, kotlin-language-server spends a long time with high CPU utilization before stabilizing. Presumably, this is an initial indexing operation of some kind. However, it is hard to tell when, or if, that operation will finish.
Where can the user see logs from kotlin-language-server that would indicate its progress on working through a large project, or indeed what type of processing it is doing at all?
