Github 2FA failed the second time

version: FreeOtp  2.0.5 (46) from Playstore

I reproduce the problem 2 times:
- install the app
- scan github qrcode
- deco reco qithub with provided passwords works
- change browser (or reset cache may works too)
- try to connect to github with app password: Fails

My last resort was to use github recoverycodes:/

Any fix welcome.
