Add Allen's Apple Intelligence check to the policy library so that any user can import/copy+paste and use it directly without writing SQL.

Apple's features have evolved quite a bit since that was originally written. Let me put together a new query that detects a few other aspects of Apple Intelligence that are important to organizations (ex: is ChatGPT integration turned on/off) and get that added to our query and policy libraries.

The original query and policy are still sound. I have added them to the standard library as well as a configuration profile example to disable Apple Intelligence.

@rachaelshaw I could use some guidance on how or what tags should be used when it comes to adding things to the standard library. I also need some pointers on resolving this build error:

at sails.helpers.flow.simultaneously.RELATIVE_PATH_TO_POLICY_LIBRARY_YML_IN_FLEET_REPO (/home/runner/work/fleet/fleet/website/scripts/build-static-content.js:46:52)

I have a separate task on my backlog to write about and make an 'Apple Intelligence management kit' that shows admins how to manage all aspects of Apple Intelligence (ex: ensuring only on-device AI is utilized, how to manage it on iOS/iPadOS, etc).
