This PR started with updating mozlog only (because it includes a patch of mine), and then I decided to upgrade the other dependencies too.
Most major versions just drop older versions of node. Convict changed how some configuration property types are configured but we don't use these ones.
Flow changed how we suppress errors, now we can't configure the string but they added a few more by default. I updated the code where I was using this.

I did an end-to-end test by changing the constants in a local profiler UI instance.
