TAWG to provide their update to the TOC

At the last meeting of the TAWG we were joined by a member of the FINOS Technical Oversight Committee (TOC). The role of the TOC is to help the CDM mature as an Open Source project, assisting us with guidance and collaboration opportunities.

The TOC have requested the following from the TAWG:

1. Progress updates
This consists of items we are actively working on, as well as items that we have completed.

My suggestion would be that the TOC can review the TAWG Kanban board (github Project) as this shows everything we have in progress and completed (the board is available here).

2. Requests for assistance
As part of their role, the TOC are available to help us with questions, requests for resources and dispute resolution (the full TOC responsibilities can be found here).

As the TAWG has a rotating chair, I believe that the most effective way to communicate areas of concern to the TOC would be by creating Issues or Discussions on the TOC project. I propose that the process to raise an Issue to the TOC should be as follows:

1. The proposer should create an Issue on the CDM project, adding it to the TAWG Project (the template for raising Issues to the TOC can be found here)
2. This Issue will then appear on the TAWG Kanban board
3. The Issue will be reviewed at the next meeting of the TAWG
4. If the Issue gains approval by the TAWG then the proposer can raise the Issue with the TOC
5. To raise with the TOC the proposer will be responsible for creating and monitoring an Issue on the TOC project

I will add the contents of this email to a comment on the Issue where the TOC have requested input from the TAWG. Please add any thoughts you have on this process as comments on that Issue too, so we can discuss at the next meeting of the TAWG in April.
