Hi, the implementation for writing files also uses the CsvFormat。I think there should be support for writing files at the same time。I'm currently working on this task.

Hi,in my original solution,expose the underlying CSVFormat implementation class directly.I thought about it and decided that might not be a good idea.
IMO,I should refer to the design and implementation of ExcelReaderSheetBuilder or ExcelWriterSheetBuilder class.

在我原来的思路中，是想直接暴露底层common-csv的CSVFormat，增强读写csv文件时的参数配置。我觉得这个思路可能不是一个好的实现方案，不应该直接暴露具体底层实现。我应该参考ExcelReaderSheetBuilder的和ExcelWriterSheetBuilder方式，来对csv文件进行单独的配置

@delei If there are no surprises, it will be officially released in 1.3.0, and I've added the corresponding PR to the TAG.
