This pull request brings the following improvements to the tutorial:

  • The "Print to PDF" button used to simply print the current HTML; now it downloads a Fandango PDF manual
  • In the PDF, references now include page numbers and URLs (useful for printing)
  • Some missing references in the Fandango manual are fixed.
