Admin shipping address edit form at order level not showing custom fields

Using this extension, from the checkout process, We are able to capture data perfectly for new custom field "digi_code" at all 3 levels - customer_address, quote_address, sales_order_address

The only issue is that "digi_code" field doesn't appear if we try to edit shipping address after going to the details page of any order in backend.
