Is there any plan to support windows?

The currently version of LLVM is not able to compile for windows, no matter in windows environment or use mingw-w64 in Linux.
Could I ask if there is any plan to support codon on Windows in the future?

#403 is porting this to windows, it looks like its going nowhere tho
