Add a testing step on the cuda stdexec CI pipeline once the CI has moved on alps

The cuda stdexec pipeline testing needs cuda@12, which doesn't work on daint (unsufficient drivers).

• Enable testing for the ci/cuda/gcc12_release_stdexec.yml pipeline on alps.
