These are the node details of a matter sensor that I commissioned to the rainmaker app. How can I get this details in the matter controller + touchscreen and example given [here``](https://github.com/espressif/esp-rainmaker/tree/master/examples/matter/matter_controller_with_touchscreen

Describe the solution you'd like.
The rainmaker app code has a functionality that can fetch the details.
It would be great if there is a code snippet that can fetch these details from the controller itself.
The output can be json string that i can print using esp_log.
Currently the controller log is showing only the rainmaker details of the matter sensor and not its original vendor details
